We offer courses in French, numeracy, literacy, and organization to promote socio-professional integration within your company and the community.

Francisation

This service is a turnkey solution for the implementation of a solid francisation program within your organization. Our sessions are adapted to the reality of workers, putting forward simulations of real professional situations that involve the lexicon and themes related to the tasks.

Your staff can immediately reinvest their new knowledge at work and in their daily lives. Our courses material is based on the French curriculum for adult immigrants in Quebec planned by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration, Francisation, and Integration (MIFI).

In addition to providing customized training, we support you in:

- preparing your grant application,
- the identification of training objectives,

- setting up placement tests,
- the evaluation of learning,
- providing certificates of attendance.

Basic training
